Rental Criteria
Requirements:
• Completed application with a non-refundable application fee of $50 for each applicant over the age of 18 years of age + $250 admin fee.
• Must make at least 2.5 times the rental amount
• Minimum of 1 positive rental reference
• Copy of ID and Social Security card
• Provide 3 most-recent paycheck stubs
• 6 months of verifiable income
DISQUALIFICATION:
• Insufficient Income
• Poor rental history or history of property damage
• Eviction within the past 2 years (unless prospect can provide proof that eviction has been paid off in full), only one eviction will be excused with verifiable documents if and only if it was for non-payment of rent.
• Violent crime against a person or property.
• Outstanding debt to previous Landlord(s) and/or utility companies will require proof of a payment plan to qualify.
